Wild Magic : Tamora Pierce

First and foremost if you are an avid reader that devours every single book you can lay your hands on considering the fact that its interesting - like me - or simply cannot get enough of the ‘Harry Potter’-ness in life which means sorcery and action in every turn of the page…then you could simply fall hopelessly in love with this first book of the series.
This book tells the story of Verilidaine Sarrasri (Daine for short) who has wild magic. She can talk to animals and basicly establish a link between animals and humans…and she can also talk to half-animals - Immortals.
She befriends a horsemistress, Onua, that brings her to Tortall - a fantasy kingdom - along with the Queen’s Rider’s ponies. Along the way, Daine met a mage named Numair Salmalin and Alanna the King’s Champion. Oh, Alanna is a woman knight. Anyway, like any good fantasy there is a secret plot in this series, namely the truth behind Verilidaine’s heritage…hehe.
Oooh, then there are fighting nonetheless except its more exciting to see it from a 13-year-old point of view with a power to bond with animals and Immortals. Anyway, to know more you guys should just simply drag yourselves to the bookstore and buy it. Its only around RM 20 - no big deal.
Hmm…any more novels I finished reading…I’ll post it here…
